I got it for $170 on Prime Day, but even if that was the original price I'd be happy with it. It comes with its own little hardcover, which I wasn't expecting. The lid serves as a stand, which is very convenient. It also comes with all the necessary cables and offers free custom format connectors. I use this with both my work laptop and my personal laptop and have had no problems. Just plug in the cables and get started. I also like that it comes with a separate charger so I don't have to connect it via USB-C if I'm just using the HDMI port. I love that it has its own built-in menu to control brightness, contrast, saturation, etc. I adjust the options depending on what I'm doing - for example when I'm playing games I want things to be a little brighter than when I'm just doing my office work. Durability - I accidentally knocked him off my table and he fell about a meter down and landed squarely on his face and no damage was done. No scratches, no scuffs, nothing. I was so concerned about spending a lot of money on something that didn't have all the features I wanted or that would end up being a disappointment. I was lucky enough to be offered this and I use it more often than I originally thought.
