Everything about this product has been excellent for us! The support team at flow can be counted upon when you need them most - that said we've had only one problem with it over our almost 2 year tenure (and they fixed immediately). We love how easy everything flows from tasking through managing progress of multiple people / tasks all in once place without having duplicate information etc. I honestly cannot think or imagine anything negative so far as there are no downsides either which speaks volumes!! So happy customer here who will recommend everyone else do too!! Project Management software; ability manage ongoing workflows within an assigned budget &amp time frame while ensuring quality standards meet deadlines by using real-time tracking/reporting tools via dashboard viewable remotely.
