We've used ICCG's services for our company a few times over the past year and we all love them! They're fast, friendly, and affordable. There's nothing we don't like. We're excited to try more of their services. The support team is awesome! They're always willing to meet us halfway even if it's at the last moment. Sometimes it takes a few days to get things set up. Not a big deal, but it can make the workflow a bit slower to get set up. Overall, they've given our business a big boost! The support team at ICCG has been very helpful in helping me to understand what they do and how it can be beneficial to my business. They are also very responsive when I have questions or need help with a project. Nothing really. Their support team is great and they are very knowledgeable about their products. I have no complaints about working with them. We use ICCG to provide remote technical support for our clients. It helps to keep our costs down by not having to hire additional staff.
