Extremely soft! Excellent durable quality. I don't think I would recommend it for teacup sized dogs as the metal clasp is a bit heavier. However, attaching ID tags was complete nonsense! The metal ring is thick. Like a fat J.Lo. Get ready for a good fight and you should be good. The only other notable thing is that it gets dirty so easily. In pink shoes, dirt and soft material seem to cling to and trap the dirt, making the soft fibers difficult to clean. I haven't tried the washing machine and I'm not sure you can even do that. However, I assume that all dog collars and leashes get dirty to some degree.
