Review on KES Shower System with Tub Spout by Zahir Qarayev

Due to the numerous complaints regarding fittings leaking and the challenging installation required by the accessories' male fittings, I was cautious to acquire these shower controls. Having previously installed controls with male fittings, I was aware that for the female fitting coming from the wall to function correctly, I had to leave it flush with the face of the tile. Installing the shower control rough in is as simple as any other once you understand the finished tile surface. My only worries after that were the reports of defective accessories that leaked from the manufacturing side. Thankfully, I didn't have any of it. The finishes were quickly and easily installed, and there were no leaks. I wanted to contact the support team with some questions I had in mind, but they either responded late or didn't fully answer my question. The product is fine, but I rate the product 4 stars because of the customer service.
