I like this software because it allows for easy management, customization options are endless as well! It is very helpful in creating an efficient team that can meet deadlines with ease!! There aren't any downsides to using Microsoft Team Services Manager - MSMWM2017 but there have been few minor issues resolved quickly by support personnel without much hassle or delays (such things usually happen). If you want something simple yet effective then try out MTMMSMTW 2017 first before making decisions regarding other solutions such as PSA / PSAT etc! We've used mtmmsmtw w/o fail from last 2 years now which has helped us manage our resources effectively & efficiently across multiple sites within same organization so far!!
