Review on Eicaus by Edward Noble

As a recent consumer of Eicaus, I must say that I was extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received. In spite of the fact that the shop specialized in electronic goods, cameras and photography, as well as tripods and monopods, the collection was limited and out of date. I was unable to locate the particular tripod I required for my photography endeavor, so I was forced to make do with an alternative that was not as good. In addition to everything else that went wrong, the customer service was terrible. When I tried to contact the business with some inquiries regarding my purchase, I was met with responses from the staff that were impolite and not very helpful. It was abundantly obvious that they had no interest in assisting me in finding solutions to my problems or in ensuring that I had a pleasant time shopping. In addition, the shipping time took significantly longer than what was advertised, and the products I ordered arrived in poor condition, with packaging that was torn and otherwise damaged. In general, I would not suggest purchasing electronics, cameras, or tripods from Eicaus to anyone who is interested in doing so. There is not enough to choose from, customer service is below average, and shipment and handling are not handled in a professional manner. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
