These shoes have cleats to stimulate the foot. Useful for diabetics and/or people with numb feet. It takes a few weeks to wear them a few minutes extra each time to wear them comfortably. After that you don't even notice that there are bumps. Your legs will be better supplied with blood and will feel more alive. The numbness will go away. I wish the little buttons were made out of something more permanent because after a few months they start to chip off.
