I ordered this product just a few days ago. At the beginning I immediately had a problem. I opened the can and there wasn't enough product in it. I'm not sure if it was a leak or if they left large air bubbles in the product on purpose. When I saw that the product was $16 a can I felt cheated. I emailed the company straight away through their business card and they have offered to replace it and I can keep the original glass as a courtesy. I have pretty sensitive skin. I'm almost afraid to go to the hairdresser every two weeks because every product they use ALWAYS irritates my skin. It saved a life! I have had no shaving problems with this brand of shaving cream and would 100% recommend it to my other siblings with sensitive skin. While the drop in product from the first jar is negative if customer service and quality remain the same; I have no problem being a consumer for life!
