Review on 🚤 SeaSense Adjustable Motor Support Bracket, 34 to 46-Inch, Black: Secure and Reliable Boat Motor Mount by Mike Robinson

I purchased an item for a 1977 Crestliner that has a 155hp Evinrude engine. I was very unsure how this product could handle the weight of a bouncing motor while driving some of these Colorado roads. To my surprise, it's holding up pretty well. I drove to the lake which took almost 2 hours one way and held up very well. I gave it 4 stars because there were some small imperfections that weren't a big issue but were a safety hazard should this product fail. One issue is the bungee cord that attaches it to the bottom reel, a bit messy. Another issue is the bungee cord that goes around the motor and has been pretty much cut in half. As such, the best solution right now is to have a few spare bungee cords in your board or vehicle in case this happens on the road.
