My business has been growing since launch but not as quickly or consistently than expected because there are many other e-commerce sites out here that have better designs/ease of navigation which makes people hesitant about using ours initially. Their customer service helped bring more traffic through by creating buzz online from social media posts like Facebook ads etc., however this did take some time until results started showing up.
