2021 update, my first 2019 kit still fits well and hasn't been worn yet but my 2020 kit is starting to fall apart, they fitted from the start an not good, now i'm starting to get holes in the area where the arch meets the heel. They are very thin which is what I wanted, the first pack I received was snug right away even before washing and drying and has been perfect ever since, the second pack I received was too big to start with but shrunk To be acceptable The extra space ensures that lumping and discomfort can occur if extra care is not taken when putting on the socks. If your shoe size is between the two, it may be best to choose the smaller of the two. My first set lasted over a year, every day I didn't run hard, but easy runs in different types of shoes. The second movement is much less durable and initially felt a bit weak. Will update as I get new ones that are better. Rating back to 4 stars.
