I don't usually write reviews, but I figured for a supplement based product it would be necessary to let people know what they're putting into their body. Bottom line is, this stuff DOES indeed work. I started the cycle about 3-4 days ago, as I was feeling all sorts of gut unhealthiness. Bloating, alot of backup, constipation, you name it. I heard the average time to start feeling it working into your system was 24-48 hours, and as the label describes. However, it is very much a slower and easing process, and you won't feel the digestive immediacy say compared to a standard OTC laxative. This is wonderful, because if you work or are traveling, you won't be met with an unfortunate surprise that you need to fight back to hold in.I'm still in the middle of the cycle, but I can say that bathroom trips have lately been MUCH more successful, and the quality of stool has started to gradually restore day by day. Would recommend to anyone that struggles with digestive health as taking this, along with a healthier diet and probiotics will net you a healthy gut.
