Great for building confidence
It's very strong and wider at the top than a step stool. My boys like it a lot more than step 2. This gives them more stability which gives them more confidence to do things on their own (like go potty, turn lights on and off). My 3 year old is now much more independent with this stool. My 5 year old loves it so he can reach things better. I highly recommend.
