I purchased this item in the hope that it would help reduce or eliminate my 3D printer's fumes during printing. An open window with a window fan trying to let off steam didn't help much. Printing during the winter months was practically unthinkable. I received this, it was very easy to install on my resin 3D printer. It worked GREAT! I was able to print all weekend with no smoke issues. I didn't even have to close the workshop door. That's great. Now I can use my printer without making the whole house smelly or giving everyone a headache from the smell of tar. So the product itself. It's hard work. looks well built. The fan is adjustable and fairly quiet for its size, I'm not sure how much air it pulls in, but it's enough for my needs. NO cheap or weak filter. It even came with a nice washable outer fabric filter case. VERY beautiful and well designed. It did a good job, the price is a bit high and almost put me off buying it, but the alternative was to try and build my own exhaust system, which might not work. OR don't use my printer too often. If you can swallow the price it works GREAT and I'm glad I bought it. I just wish there were more for a slightly lower price.
