Review on 🌀 Vornado 630 Air Circulator Fan for Effective Whole Room Circulation - Mid-Size Model by Nadine Glaser

I have had two other Vornado fans for a number of years. They ensure excellent air circulation without making a sound. I prefer to use this type of fan in my bedroom over a ceiling fan because I can get the benefit of air circulation without blowing directly on me. We have a small room (11 x 10 feet) that has no wiring for an overhead light and needed something to move the air. It stands in a corner, pointing almost straight up to allow air to bounce off the ceiling. It's a size smaller than other fans we use, but it's a good size for the room. I'm disappointed that it's louder than our other Vornados. It's not a problem where I use it, but I don't want it in my bedroom. The noise level from this one on low is about the same as my old fans on medium or even high. The high setting does move a lot of air, but it's too loud for conversation in the room. I don't know if this is a "feature" of the smaller fans or newer models. In summary, this is a great fan, but it's loud enough that I have doubts about using it in the bedroom.
