I installed it tonight. I was hoping to charge my phone and laptop while traveling from place to place. Both the USB-A port and the "PD" port charge my phone but not my 13" Dell laptop. Not sure if it's really a PD port or just a USB-C port. When I plugged in the USB cable, the laptop warned me that it wouldn't charge. The laptop detected an output power but it was not enough to charge the laptop. I tried while the phone was charging and without charging the phone. It should be noted that every time I connected the laptop, the phone stopped charging for a second and started again.
