Review on Birdview PSA by Evan Hernandez

I like that BirdView can be used in conjunction with other tools to provide more complete views of our customers' experiences. It's also easy to use for non-IT staff who are looking to get a better view of their customer experience. I have yet to find something I dislike about BirdView. The tool has been very helpful in providing us with a 360 degree view of our customer experience. We've been able to track and analyze each step of our customer journeys, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
