We had been talking about getting fireproof document bags for a while. Even if you have a fire-rated safe, if the documents you keep in your safe are just sitting out they're going to cook just like they're in the oven unless they're in a document bag.These ones feel high quality and sturdy, not super flexible. Obviously their level of "fireproofness" isn't really the kind of thing I can test without setting them on fire. But they do seem like they'd hold up to substantial heat. I'm hoping I never have the occasion to come back to this review and comment on their effectiveness.
