I ordered this fencing system and was pleased with the quick delivery. I used a trencher to create a full loop around my yard and then installed the fence 2 inches deep using 500 feet of the wire provided and an additional 400 feet. The control panel was then installed on my tailgate and the display showed that the wiring had completed a full cycle. The installation took about 5 hours total, but it could have been faster if I had help. Unfortunately, only one of the collars works properly in my double collar system. The other charges and turns on but doesn't see the fence and lets my dog run outside with no reprimand but then randomly electrocutes him twice in the middle of the yard without warning. I have stopped using this collar and now resort to releasing my two dogs separately with just a good collar. If I could get another good collar I would be happy with this purchase. Pros: speed of delivery, guidance, simplicity. Disadvantages: defective collar, little wire. To update. None of the collars work. Dogs walk across it at the widest point. The cat neighbors were killed. updates. After speaking to support I was able to reset and get a working collar and they will send a replacement for another free of charge. I am increasing my rating from 1 to 3. Update. The support team replaced the entire unit and now it works very well. Just don't leave it to the dogs in the house. I'm increasing my rating to a 4. Customer service is definitely a 5.
