OK with the product. The way it was packaged was TERRIBLE! The box they put in was too high and wide. I'm surprised it didn't explode. The post office today reminded me how terribly it was packaged making it difficult for them to put it in their mail carts/handcarts. This box weighs about 40 pounds and they put it in a box that was 3/4 times as tall and wide as it was wide without filling the space. That's the only reason I didn't order it again. I would like. It's hard to find 40 pounds. litter boxes in pet shops.
