After studying the rotating balls for several weeks. reading reviews, comparing prices etc. bought two different brands so I had a back-up in case one didn't hold up). I used them to roll balloons at a comic book conference my art center was hosting. Color choice was decent, although not the brightest of bullets (some dull and pale coloring). But the quality was pretty good. Almost nothing turned up, so very few casualties. The hand pump worked perfectly and lasted the entire 6 hour event. I would recommend them for the quality, but if you're looking for "bright" balloons, look elsewhere. This was the only reason I downgraded from 5 to 4 stars.
