Just what I needed

I have a basic bike rack for two bikes that attaches to the hitch. I always had to use bungee to keep the front wheels from spinning and also to keep the first bike close to the rack. Now I just use one strap for the front wheel and frame of each bike and one strap to secure the bikes to the frame to keep them from moving. Appears to be well stitched but I'm sure the velcro is worn out. Fortunately, replacing them is inexpensive.
