I live in the Pacific Northwest and need my raincoat to actually work. We've been using them in the park for a few weeks and this is the first time we've actually tried them in puddles. The children's pants were dry. Very happy with the purchase and they are so adorable too.

- A single-layer construction may not withstand heavy or prolonged rain.
