I work 12 hours a day so having a big lunch box is important to me. I'd call this medium sized (smaller than some of the large ones I've seen, larger than my old average). It does its job very well and I'm very happy with it. The included ice packs are more supportive than functional (since you need larger ice packs to keep food cold longer), but I was able to squeeze in additional ice packs while still holding 2 drinks, a bottle of sauce, and all 3 food containers. The storage containers are durable too! Microwave safe (with lid off), dishwasher and freezer safe, BPA-free. They are also thick plastic. The lunch box itself has a thick insulating insert all around and the materials used are extremely hard-wearing. Overall 10/10 for it!
