I'm 1.77 m tall, weigh 75 kg, have an apple shape with narrower hips and a 78 cm inseam. After reading the reviews to reduce the size, I settled on the medium. I never wear media so I took a chance and knew I could get it back. They're about an inch longer but perfect for everything else, so I'd definitely feel comfortable wearing them outside the home. In terms of wearing at home, the belt is certainly comfortable when standing, but a bit tight when seated - being apple shaped I would have liked the belt to be a little looser to carry around. at home so I order a pair in large to see how they fit. UPDATE: I tried the plus size and they are more comfortable around the waist, but the waist is much higher, just a few inches. under my bra, but that doesn't bother me. This has improved the length, almost perfect. The fit at the hips and legs is a lot looser so they don't look as good as average but they're great to wear around the house!
