The price/ball ratio is great but the main reason I chose this product over others was the clear identification with DMC color numbers. When I received the skeins they each had a strip of paper firmly attached in the center telling me what color they were, saving me a lot of the stress of guessing or having to take them to the store and compare. The skeins came together in a plastic bag but didn't tangle, and not a single paper tag came off during shipping. I had a bit of a problem seeing several skeins with no color label so I had no idea what color they were supposed to be. I also only received 149 skeins, some of which were double colors. I contacted the support team who were very nice and helpful. I've compared a few strands of this product to the equivalent DMC brands I've seen before and they're not exactly what I expected as they're a different company, but they're pretty close. Overall I would use this company again as it was a very inexpensive way to add to my embroidery thread collection and I got some of these that I need for the current project I am working on. since it's a different company, but they're pretty close.
