Almost STAINLESS STEEL

I was pleased with the way this brush looked and worked for several months. After that, weak spots appeared on the surface, which later turned into rust. The bottom of the brush is almost completely rusted after 1 year and no we don't have standing water on our bathroom floor. I would rate this product a 0 if I could.
