Doesn't work don't waste your money

This case is a beast. Makes the iPad look like a MacBook. But no matter what I do, it doesn't work on my iPad Pro. It says it will work with mine but it doesn't. The support is not helpful at all. I really want this product to work so I could give it more stars but after 2 weeks of not working I will give up and ask for a refund if possible.
