Review on 🚵 Sena M1 EVO Smart Mesh Communications Mountain Bike Helmets: Stay Connected on the Trails by Nale Dunn

I bought one for myself and one for my wife. It took time to control the communication system. Unfortunately, the sound quality is weak and not suitable for listening to music, very tinny. Unfortunately, a helmet's system seems to be electronically broken and is completely out of order after a few trips. Much to my disappointment, the customer service is terrible. Use the app to find out where to contact them and then I went to my computer and tried to create a tech support ticket. I was told they would get back to me quickly. A week goes by with no reply. I found their phone number, spoke to someone in India or the Philippines and received an email saying they would send me an RMA. Well five days have passed and still no email with a follow up procedure or instructions for returning my helmet. I would say that based on this experience I would advise against buying it. If something goes wrong, good luck. Terrible service. I do not recommend.
