A wonderful collection of hot cocoa. I have this every morning when I get to work. The selection is good, although some of them taste the same. I wish they had more specialty flavors like mint, mexican, peanut butter etc and fewer main flavors but it's all good and that's just my preference. I've ordered a few of these and will continue to do so as I'm not a coffee drinker and it's a great way to start the day at work while everyone else is drinking coffee. While it would be great if the Keurig was filled with milk instead of water, these still come out great. If you're a hot milk lover, then maybe you don't like it too much. I always use the STRONG setting on our Keurig to ensure all the cocoa has been used, otherwise the normal setting will leave cocoa residue in the cup. I twisted the lid off to pour the sediment into my cup, but found that using the strong setting got it all.
