First of all – get ready for the taste. It took me a good five days NOT to choke on this oil in my mouth for more than 5 minutes. I feel a huge sense of achievement that I could do for up to 20 minutes. You should do this in the morning hours (I did it in the shower) so if you have to spit the product out there is a drain. (However, it is not recommended to spit out the drain - it may clog the drain - throw in the trash after use.) My teeth are cleaner, my breath is fresher and after 14 days my teeth are a little whiter. Of course you need to do this on a reasonably regular basis, but I don't mind because I've read that it can be good for your health (maybe it helps with tooth decay etc.). So it's not just about making your teeth whiter. It's not expensive, but you don't need that particular product, any good quality organic extra virgin coconut oil or virgin coconut oil will do. Use: keep in mouth, swish back and forth, do not choke, do not laugh, spit out when tired. Be prepared for something nasty to come out of your mouth. Overall I love this product.
