I have the black keyboard case to match my iPad Pro 12.9 Space Gray 3rd Gen. I like it but I'm coming from the Lenovo Thinkpad which is used for corporate purposes. The instructions are clear and they come with a lifetime guarantee, so be sure to register on their site to take advantage. The keys are nice and firm and light, but easy to press. I thought the keyboard backlight was dim, but it's not, and I like to use the RGB setting (comes with 7 different RGB color variations). Haven't tried the top up yet to see how long it lasts but will update this review within a week. Not sure why I can't post pictures for this review as I wanted to show RGB Update 1: Apparently Apple released iOS 13.4 which has had a negative impact on all 3rd party keyboards. There are currently issues with Bluetooth affecting Bluetooth connectivity and causing mouse lag after 30 minutes of use. Thank you Apple I would defer updating to 13.4 until Apple fixes the issues. Update 2: Added photos. Update 3: Regarding update 1, I was able to fix the Bluetooth connection issue. Just go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset All Settings. It's my third day since doing this and I've had no problems. Note. Resetting only "network settings" which I did will not solve the problem, you have to reset everything.
