---UPDATE--- I originally gave this unit 1 star because I got a refurbished unit and ordered a new one. After my evaluation I got my money back and they sent me a brand new car. Class A customer service. The device is very easy to use even for a newbie like me. I hope the new one you send me is the same. Ordered it and it arrived today. I had never used a sewing machine in my life but it was easy to figure out and use. BUT. It says it's NEW but it's clearly been used and/or refurbished. The foot pedal cable was silicone due to a cheap repair, and there are some red marks on the battery compartment on the spring that won't hold. do not match other spring links, leading me to believe this was also an attempt at a cheap fix. He's pretty small. It was slightly larger than my tall coffee cup.
