This is the first cleanser that doesn't itch, burn, irritate or feel oddly tight after washing. To be fair, I had given up skin products in anger months before trying them given their effectiveness, which is why my skin was particularly bad. The first time I used it I saw my skin improve immediately. I've been using it for a few months now and definitely recommend it! However, I'm giving it four stars instead of five. I have sensitive, normal skin almost all over my face, but an oily forehead. This area has improved a bit but not to the same extent as the rest of my face so I wouldn't recommend it if you only have oily skin.
