This razor was presented by my wife on my tip :) I decided to change my old Braun 1 series razor, I will compare it with it. I wanted to change my razor for one reason. Poor quality of shaving the neck area, the 1 series coped with this task very poorly. And so everything suited, not afraid of water, works both from the mains and from the battery, change the grids and the cutting block and everything will be ok. Has a built-in trimmer. 14 years already working and while in the ranks pah pah pah. But shaving the neck was terrible, I had to trim it with a machine. And now to episode 7. Of course, he shaves cleaner than his youngest brother, he also copes with shaving his neck, but not without flaws. To get an acceptable result, you have to tinker, although my bristles are not thick. And yet, whatever one may say, it loses to the machine in terms of the quality of shaving. I also didn’t like that it doesn’t work directly from the mains, it doesn’t have a protective nozzle for the net, there is only a large cover for the entire razor, which is not so convenient for Series 1. Trimmer missing. Bottom line: as a replacement for series 1, it’s suitable, but don’t expect a perfect shave like from a machine, if you have Braun 5 or 6 series or similar other brands, I don’t see any reason to switch to series 7, there is almost no difference in them. Perhaps the 9th series will give a greater effect, but it's stupid to spend that kind of money on an electric razor, then it's cheaper to use the machine.
