I've had chronically chapped lips my whole life so I've tried every lip balm, lip balm, scrub and moisturizer! There were so many failures, but not this! clean. silky feel, no "film" feel, and it doesn't get on my teeth! It's a little tricky to really get your finger on enough, but just put in a few good laps to warm it up and you're done. !
