I like that their team is very knowledgeable about WordPress themes/plugins as well how to make them work with WooCommerce or any other ecommerce platform for our clients needs! They are also great at making customizations when needed too (which saves time).

Sometimes it can be hard working through an issue because they do not have all of your plugins installed so you need someone else who has those in order to get things done faster than if we were doing everything ourselves without help from others - which sometimes takes longer then expected due to us having more knowledge but less experience using certain tools such as Photoshop etc.. So far no issues just minor hiccups getting used to some new features though overall pretty happy thusfar!!
