Review on 🏕️ OneTigris TENTSFORMER Rain Poncho: Versatile Waterproof Cover for Camping & Outdoors by Luis Penczak

The day after I received this poncho (which I bought with my own money) I spent the night in heavy rain. I had a light 30 degree sleeping bag, a sturdy blanket, a 6mm thick plastic rectangular floor and my camera monopod. I unfolded the sheet and fastened the back of the poncho by supporting the hood pocket over the adjustable monopod, which I stretched out in front. I then marked the two remaining corners and tied the armhole openings to the nearest trees using the guy wires provided. The poncho was of good build quality and worked admirably as a minimalist cover; It was quick to set up and contained everything needed for a simple pitch. I used a space blanket underneath and wrapped in the front to deflect rain splashes off the hard ground, and it kept my sleeping bag almost completely dry during several hours of downpours. The armhole vents are well designed and don't leak at all. The only thing I wanted - other than a second poncho to serve as the other half of the blanket - were two more pegs (8 instead of 6) to stretch out the armholes when there weren't any trees around. Worn as a poncho, it was well made and practical; I love the coyote color and (of course) it was totally waterproof. The front zip and special armholes were a nice touch. I'm 6ft 2" and the poncho works great with or without a backpack. It was easy to air during the walk. The hood was adjustable to fit over a baseball cap or watch cap. The poncho is recommended for users who are 5ft 8in (5ft 8in) tall and taller, so smaller individuals may need an elastic or strap as a harness to prevent it from dragging on the floor. Will definitely be buying a second one to finish the wigwam shelter. I am very happy with my purchase and believe this poncho was well put on.
