The ability to see my overall performance over time across different channels has been really useful both as an individual contributor but also when reviewing KPIs with colleagues or clients - it's easy enough that everyone understands what we're looking at! Not much. I think this would be improved by allowing users of any level access (or perhaps only higher-level) managers who are able set up their own dashboards rather than having to go through our support team which took some effort to get started using initially; however once there was no barrier accessing reports they were very happy about being given direct control/access without needing us around every step.
