At first I couldn't program the remote controls. After numerous attempts, including one from a Chevy dealer who found that the ID on FOB was NOT recognized by Chevy, I was willing to return it for my money. HOWEVER, make sure you read ***ALL*** of the DIY instructions, including the 25 click sequence of all RESET buttons. After completing this simple task, the remote controls are programmed and continue to work without further complications. ***RECOMMENDATION*** FIRST do the reset process no matter what, THEN try to program the remote!
