I have a 19 year old cat who I think has joint pain (takes a long time to lie down or get up) so I figured a soft one BED CAN INCREASE HIS COMFORT AND HE LOVES THIS BED. He is in this bed 99% of the day and I am delighted to see him lying comfortably and napping. I had no idea he would like it that much because he hasn't had a cat bed in about ten years, but this bed turned out to be his favorite thing. I was a little concerned he wouldn't use it because I'm from sunny California and thought the fleece lining would be too hot, but NO, he stays in it even on hot days. The bed is lovely, very soft and a great size for my cat. He's relatively thin (like many older cats) but has plenty of room. If you have a cat over 20 pounds or multiple cats, you should consider a larger bed or multiple beds because although my cat is thin I don't think there is room for a second adult cat in the bed. his. Anyway my boy loves the bed and it's great for me because it contains some of his hair loss and it's super cute! This is probably one of the most successful Revain purchases I've ever made.
