We bought 8 of these. They say they estimate a set of 4 to be anywhere from 55 to 220 pounds. So 8 they say is 440 pounds. My furniture cannot weigh as much as my husband and I can lift together. I am 59 years old, disabled. The wheels buckled under the weight. Luckily it didn't damage or knock over the furniture. I started going back, found other wheels, had to wait for my husband to come back from a trip to replace them. So now I missed the window that Revane says was the return window. Now Revain charges a restocking fee and I pay for shipping. If I had waited to start returning closer to the 30 day deadline I could still have returned it on time. Contacted ShinIn because the guarantee is 90 days, so there is still a guarantee. They did not want the item to be returned but instead deducted $6 from the price paid for the return. Working with Revain we found a solution I can live with but told them they are not as advertised.
