I like that they have all their forms available for you online so it's easy access whenever needed! You also get some other benefits if your state allows them - but don't know about those yet (but am looking into). When they send an invoice there are several deductions which we did not agree too; however when speaking over phone at least one person was able to understand what my issue/concerns were without having me repeat myself multiple times or trying different ways each time just to see how someone would respond. They do take quite awhile before getting back with something from our insurance provider because everything goes through billing first- usually takes 3 weeks! Make sure this will work best for YOU personally as well. We need fast answers regarding paperwork issues within hours vs days & sometimes up to 1 month after filing request w insurer via EOB.
