There were two problems with this faucet: First, the handles are very cheaply made and completely fall apart after a few days to a few months. I bought them last August. One of the pins broke, and when the handle fell out I discovered the pin was missing the rivet (or whatever it's called) that held the pivot ring in place. I'll try to glue everything back together but with no hope. Secondly, the supplied hoses are too short. I had to buy all new hoses (I bought two faucets) before I could get water to flow. Longer hoses solved this problem, but a broken handle is the worst. The remaining three handles are unscrewed. I had to pay to install them, so I don't have a few hundred bucks and have to redo everything. After I posted the above, the retailer emailed me and after I described my problem with the faucet handles, they sent me replacement handles. While I still don't like the design and durability of the grips, I have to give the retailer (krtgh) two thumbs up for the outstanding customer service.
