The case is ok but very similar in protection to those you can find online for about half the price. ."The outer case doesn't feel like silicone at all. If (and I mean "IF") it's silicone (and I don't think it is), it's a lot tougher than any other silicone case I've owned had, and It lacks the sticky stickiness of silicone when you hold it. You know, the kind of sticky silicone that makes it very difficult to accidentally drop your phone. That outer shell has a firmer feel, like polyurethane (PU ) rubber which makes it feel slippery , slippery and hard compared to silicone clips and screen protectors Honestly it looks like it offers good drop protection but I won't risk my phone to test it but it does doesn't look like a harder polyurethane would offer protection for the outer silicone coating.
