I just started using these coolers a few weeks ago. I bought the small one and liked it so much that I bought the larger one. A few tips: 1. You should (obviously) freeze them before using them. At least one of the negative reviews indicated that the author expected the product to keep drinks cool without first freezing them. I just keep mine in the freezer when I'm not using it and stuff in a few ice packs so it's ready to go when I need it. 2. They work best when used with ice packs or ice packs that you can use to wrap food. I've tested mine with large bottles of vegetable juice and raw milk (which I absolutely have to refrigerate to be sure). Both were cold all day. Partly because the coolers are built into ice packs and partly because they were packed in ice, they were even colder than I packed them twelve hours ago. WHAT I DON'T LIKE: This isn't a complaint about the product, it's a kind of regret. The one I bought is large and a bit bulky and difficult to fit in the side door freezer of my fridge. I bought a size 30 can; If I knew how big it would be, I would buy the next smaller size that would also fit my needs.
