I bought this twice M was wayyy to small! The only downside of it is that the part where your thighs are is way too tight which makes it uncomfortable so if you have really thick thighs it’s a warning I’m sure you can adjust somehow but that’s the only downside besides it’s comfortable to wear during the day and even sitting down.

So far I have work it and helps my back and posture.
