I bought these after sending back another brand that was ridiculously stiff. They're not that bad, but still a little heavier than we'd like. However, several people who have bought them have said that they will lose some stiffness over time. My 05 Liberty is upstairs and I'm pretty small so I have to reach pretty high over the spare tire to get the window down. If the jeep hadn't been lifted, it sure would have been easier to close it. But they were easy to install and far better than the sagging OEMs they replaced.
