Excellent seal. The tube must be cut before attaching the applicator tip. The applicator tip is pre-cut giving a nice crisp bead. For larger, less precise applications, you can widen the tip of the applicator. In a tube, it does not dry out so quickly, so it can be used for several days. I had one of the tubes opened within a week before I finished it. It stayed tacky long enough to use a terrarium substrate for a natural look. For attaching terrarium decoration, it was stable in less than 24 hours. Use gloves as it will stick to your hands.
